We process information you provide when you use Official Whistles or WhistlePlus, create an account, participate in a league or Fan Room, make a purchase, or contact support. This includes:

• Name and email address
• Account credentials (passwords are stored in hashed form)
• Profile details, account identifiers, league membership, and commissioner or member roles
• Fan Room posts and other content you submit, reports, blocks, and moderation-related records
• Purchase status, transaction identifiers, and purchase verification records; payment details are handled by the applicable payment provider or app store
• Contact form submissions and support messages

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Platform
• Manage accounts, league membership, and access to applicable features
• Verify purchases and maintain accounting records
• Support Fan Room discussion, reports, blocking, moderation, and appeals
• Process account deletion requests
• Send you transactional communications, including account updates and purchase confirmations
• Respond to your comments, questions, and support requests
• Monitor and analyze usage trends to improve user experience

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information with service providers that help operate the product, when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Your display name and Fan Room content may be visible to other members of the applicable league. Leaderboards may display your name and score, not your email address.

WhistlePlus uses Supabase for backend services, including authentication and data storage, and RevenueCat to manage purchase status. The WhistlePlus Founding League Pass is a one-time purchase. These providers process the information needed for those services. Purchases may also involve an app store or payment provider. This policy does not imply that the website and mobile app share every backend connection.

4. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information, including encryption of data in transit (SSL/TLS) and hashed password storage. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use session cookies to maintain your login state and essential platform functionality. We may use analytics tools to understand how users interact with the Platform. You can control cookie settings through your browser preferences, though disabling cookies may affect Platform functionality.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting support@officialwhistles.com. We may verify your identity before processing a request. You can initiate permanent account deletion inside WhistlePlus, or request deletion through support if you cannot access the app. See our Account Deletion page for instructions.

Account/profile information and associated personal data are deleted or anonymized as applicable. Limited transaction and accounting, fraud prevention, dispute, security, moderation, or legally required records may be retained when necessary. Retention depends on the purpose and applicable obligations; we do not apply a single fixed retention period to all records.

7. Children's Privacy

Official Whistles is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
